CASE STUDY 1 - FINTECH

Private Blockchain SaaS for Instant Institutional Payments

  • Responsibilities: In this agile environment, my role is the vital bridge between high-level business strategy and technical execution. It begins with initial stakeholder communication, where I facilitate discovery sessions to extract core requirements and define the "why" behind the product


  • The Problem: Traditional interbank and institutional payment systems often suffer from significant friction, including multi-day settlement periods, lack of real-time transparency, and high operational costs due to manual reconciliation. These legacy systems are not equipped to handle the speed and security demands of modern digital asset management, leading to liquidity bottlenecks and increased counterparty risk for financial institutions


  • The Goal: This project is to design a high-precision digital interface that streamlines complex blockchain transactions into an intuitive, institutional-grade command center. Aim to provide users with instantaneous visibility into aggregate wallet balances, real-time ledger updates, and granular client-level data. By creating a cohesive "Digital Vault" experience, the project seeks to reduce cognitive load for operators while reinforcing a sense of absolute security, transparency, and architectural integrity
